We are always working on new ideas to expand our design portfolio. The "Concept" plan is a house plan developed through the design phase, but has not been completed for construction. There are several benefits to purchasing a "Concept" house plan. This plan can be purchased and completed for the price of the CAD fee; purchased to be finished by a local designer/architect when the area of the country you are living requires additional engineering to meet code compliance, such as earthquake or hurricane zones; or provide you as the purchaser to be involved in modifications at a stage that will allow the cost of completion to be less since the working drawings will not be completed until after your ideas have been implemented, reducing the time needed for the construction document development.
